A large proportion of the most diverse branches of industry rely on components made of graphite. These are used in semiconductor technologies, in wind or solar energy, in the automotive industry, in lamp or battery production and many more.

Production also includes impregnation of graphite components with synthetic resin, and hardening takes place in special hardening chambers (autoclaves). After the hardening process, the exhaust air is released. However, as this is contaminated with phenol and formaldehyde, these pollutants are removed with the ReiCat Exhaust Gas Purification.

Our Exhaust Gas Purification System is connected to the main control of the customer's process, the exhaust air from a total of five autoclaves is purified individually. The supplied system ensures outlet values of phenol and formaldehyde of <5 mg/Nm³ each and has a capacity of up to 680 Nm³/h. The sound level is between 55-65 db(A). Our Exhaust Gas Purification System was installed indoors and has a space requirement of approx. 7 m².
