The process of metal coating faces various requirements. One process step, the surface treatment, includes the degreasing with solvents. This HC emissions have to be removed from the waste air to meet legal requirements, e. g. TA Luft. Long-termed and reliable solutions are a precondition. ReiCat also looks back onto long experience in the area of catalytic waste air purification in this field. The pictures show one of our units: dissolvents (methyl ethyl ketone / ethanol in this case) are removed from the waste air of a coating process. Its capacity is up to 5,500 Nm³/h, a dissolvent flow rate of up to 2.5 kg/h is purified.
